Carolyn, owner of NeuroPlay Studio™, LLC, is a pediatric Occupational Therapist with over 11 years of experience specializing in neuro-affirming care. She holds specialty certifications in neurorehabilitation, stroke recovery, and physical agent modalities (PAMs). She created NeuroPlay Studio in 2019 and continues her efforts into 2026. Over the last decade, Carolyn has provided clinical interventions for children with sensory processing disorders, ADHD, learning disabilities, and severe neurological impairments across a diverse range of settings—including Orange County Schools, Nemours Children's Hospital, HCA Healthcare, and AdventHealth. She is also a former certified therapy dog team, bringing her passion for animal-assisted therapy to her holistic approach to care. Beyond direct patient care, Carolyn has provided consulting services to small practices, helping them establish their own occupational therapy programs and educating their ABA teams on OT integration. After a successful expansion into Massachusetts in 2023, NeuroPlay Studio has returned to its roots in Florida to provide high-level, evidence-based therapy and consultative services to nearby clinics. Carolyn's expertise includes neurorehabilitation, trauma-informed care, and medical feeding therapy, reflecting a lifelong commitment to empowering the neuro-community through comprehensive, specialized support.
